These terms and conditions are shown to prevent confusion over the service we provide; please be assured that we value your custom and will do everything in our power to make your day extra special.
Payment terms: A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 14 days prior to the wedding date.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited if thirty days before the wedding date, after this the full fee will be forfeited.
Journies: The journey from the Bride's home with, if required, a further trip to take the bridesmaids (subject to distance) to the ceremony and then from the ceremony to the reception for the Bride and Groom are included. Additional journies are by prior arrangement and may be subject to extra cost.
Substitutes vehicles: In the unlikely event that the car you have chosen is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the best possible substitute for you but not without prior discussion with you.
Viewing and booking: Viewing is by appointment only. Should you wish to book one of our cars we will provide you with a firm quotation if the price varies from the fee given overleaf. After receipt of the completed booking form and deposit your booking is considered ‘firm’ and entered onto our calendar.
